Removed credits in README.md, added requirement for contributing.

Reason lies in geopolitics and my good conscience, not in anything Rahi does or did (from little I know, they seem lovely). I find it likely that financial support landing in Russian Federation could contribute to genocide and lead to suffering of people close to me. I've been contacted regarding the mod by someone publicly supporting Russian Federation genocidal actions and I felt emotionally affected.
