Current notes for this feature that I have:

Should start after player hears about something? Maybe mind control? They try to learn more. Vion might be a potential person to ask around
Two ways player can start this mini quest that at the end will yield new dialogue option with Master (it will have just slightly different dialogue but outcome will be the same):
- After learning of slave pill at blacktail market
- Spotting other pet-players in prison during a pasture walk (if player doesn't want to explore slavery with Blacktail market)
Conversation with master pretty straightforward probably, PC asks Issix if he could "take their soul" or "fully belong to him, body and mind - that PC wants to get rid of their free will"
